We ask for a minimum of 7-10 business days for processing and shipping, depending on product availability and order volume.
Please allow 15 business days if you ordered during a sale or up to 4 weeks if you ordered during the Holiday Season for processing. Once processed (7-10 business days), your order is shipped (3-5 business days to get to you).
Shipping:
Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), Monday through Friday. Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. If product is out of stock, please allow 7-10 business days for products to be processed and shipped out.
PROCESSING REFERS TO HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR US TO MAKE THE PRODUCTS. ALL OF JACKSON ROSE CANDLE CO. PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE & FILLED TO ORDER. NOTHING IS MASS PRODUCED LEADING TO SLIGHTLY LONGER PROCESSING.
PRE-SHIPMENT OCCURS WHEN WE HAVE PRINTED YOUR LABEL. WE OFTEN PRINT LABELS EARLY IN THE PROCESSING RANGE, FULFILL ORDERS ACCORDINGLY AND DO A MASS PACKAGE DROP OFF LATER IN THE WEEK. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOUR PACKAGE CAN REMAIN IN PRE-SHIPMENT FOR UP TO A WEEK.
*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping

Return Policy
All sales are final unless an error occurred on the behalf of Jackson Rose Candle Co.
No returns will be provided, or discounts will be provided for missed sales.
Due to the nature of Jackson Rose Candle Co. products, we are unable to accept returned products. If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to try and find a solution, however this is not a guarantee.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged to you for us to reship your order.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.Jackson Rose Candle Co. does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered, delivered, etc.
