Candle Pouring Party
Candle pouring parties. I will come to you with my equipment and set up a candle pouring party for you and your guest.
I will provide all candle making supplies and you supply the party.
Each guest will make 1-7.5-8oz candle with the fragrance of their choice. The event planner will have a collection of fragrances, in which they will choose from, to have available for their party guests.
Each session is 2 hours long. This will allow time for every guest to set up their candle jars, pour their candle and then take them home at the end of the night. Each guest will leave with a gift bag that includes their candle, a wick trimmer, and a bottle of matches.
*Each person can book their pour individually or the event host can book as a group. Please book a week in advance of your desired date.
*Instructions for Group host:
Book your party at least a week prior to the date of your party.

*I’ll bring the candles to you at your event location. I do not yet have a location to host parties.

All Sales Are Final
We ask for a minimum of 7-10 business days for processing and shipping, depending on product availability and order volume.
Please allow 15 business days if you ordered during a sale or up to 4 weeks if you ordered during the Holiday Season for processing. Once processed (7-10 business days), your order is shipped (3-5 business days to get to you).
Candle Pouring Parties are Non-refundable events. You may reschedule your event for a later date up to 1 year from original date. If you need to cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
Shipping:

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), Monday through Friday. Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. If product is out of stock, please allow 7-10 business days for products to be processed and shipped out.
PROCESSING REFERS TO HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR US TO MAKE THE PRODUCTS. ALL OF JACKSON ROSE CANDLE CO. PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE & FILLED TO ORDER. NOTHING IS MASS PRODUCED LEADING TO SLIGHTLY LONGER PROCESSING.
PRE-SHIPMENT OCCURS WHEN WE HAVE PRINTED YOUR LABEL. WE OFTEN PRINT LABELS EARLY IN THE PROCESSING RANGE, FULFILL ORDERS ACCORDINGLY AND DO A MASS PACKAGE DROP OFF LATER IN THE WEEK. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOUR PACKAGE CAN REMAIN IN PRE-SHIPMENT FOR UP TO A WEEK.
*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping

Refunds & Cancellation
Return Policy
All sales are final unless an error occurred on the behalf of Jackson Rose Candle Co.
No returns will be provided, or discounts will be provided for missed sales.
Due to the nature of Jackson Rose Candle Co. products, we are unable to accept returned products. If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to try and find a solution, however this is not a guarantee.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged to you for us to reship your order.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.Jackson Rose Candle Co. does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered, delivered, etc.

Once an order has been placed unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it or provide a refund. We ask that you please carefully review all details before checking and processing your payment.
