Return Policy

All sales are final unless an error occurred on the behalf of Jackson Rose Candle Co.

No returns will be provided, or discounts will be provided for missed sales.

Due to the nature of Jackson Rose Candle Co.  products, we are unable to accept returned products. If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to try and find a solution, however this is not a guarantee. 

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged to you for us to reship your order.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.Jackson Rose Candle Co. does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered, delivered, etc.

Once an order has been placed unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it or provide a refund. We ask that you please carefully review all details before checking and processing your payment.
